About the program

The Faculty of Laws vision is to fulfill the need for business and international law graduates, accelerating the economic progress in a just and progressive society, and enhancing morality beyond legal education in order to conform to legal profession and vision of the university. In line with the AU Vision, Missions and Goals, the Master of Law Program in Business Law will produce independent graduates who can rationally analyze and criticize issues and who are able to communicate their ideas in professional community and deal with the rapid political, economic, social and cultural changes that affect business legal environment.

The program aims to produce graduates who have the characteristics, knowledge and skills as follows:
    1. Demonstrate moral and ethical behavior, committed to acting justly.
    2. Have legal ethics, and respect the rights and freedoms of others in the business sector and international trade.
    3. Have thorough knowledge of international business law in order to support economic expansion and respond to the needs of society in both the public and private sectors.
    4. Demonstrate competency as lawyers in dealing with legal issues in international trade to support investment from overseas countries.
    5. Demonstrate knowledge of both domestic and international law fundamentals including regulations from various international trade organizations and groups.
    6. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems by using legal theory, and to analyze problems and obstacles in order to give counsel and appropriate solutions to clients efficiently.
    7. Accept the opinions of others and be able to resolve conflicts involving legal matters.
    8. Able to use information appropriately in resolving legal matters and to communicate information effectively to the public.
