About Us

Dean's Message

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you decided to attend law school because you want to design a plan for your future life amid challenge labor markets in the digital era. I would also like to take a moment to encourage you to be aware of our school’s core competitiveness and to share the expectations and obligations you assume as you enter our community.

Core Competitiveness of Thomas Aquinas School of Law, Assumption University

  1. A Bilingual Law School Thomas Aquinas School of Law is a uniquely bilingual law school in Thailand that offers courses in English and Thai. English is the primary medium for teaching and learning at Assumption University; however, the Bachelor of Laws program is a Thai Program. On the other hand, fundamental courses (general education courses) and most elective law courses are conducted in English. Thus, our school is truly a bilingual law school. This provides a great opportunity for students who wish to improve their English proficiency. If you continue studying English, your English proficiency will improve during your time at the School of Law, and your English proficiency will be an asset to you after you graduate.
  2. The Best Business Law School

Our school was established in 1992 to produce law graduates who also possess business law knowledge and English proficiency. The school’s vision is to be “the best private business law school in the country.” Based on this vision, we strive to be the premier private business law school in the country. We offer various business law and legal professional courses, including the law of business organizations, intellectual property law, international business transactions law, arbitration law, real estate business law, sport business law, logistics law, competition law, counseling and advocacy, and legal drafting. All of these courses will add to the value and utility of your degree. You will be proud to tell anyone that you are a member of Thomas Aquinas School of Law, Assumption University. I wish to welcome you to our school.

Best wishes,
Asst. Prof. Dr. Sthianrapab Naluang
