Study Time Conflict

Students who wish to request to have a study time conflict must be those who i) are about to graduate within that particular semester and ii) have already consulted with their advisors and their responsible lecturers of the courses to be taken. With their agreements, students shall prepare a petition form duly signed by both advisor and responsible lecturers, and may thereafter render to the School Administration Office online via https://registrar.au.edu (Petition > Petition Online) for final approval by the Dean (or any authorized persons).

Exam Time Conflict

No conditions apply to students who wish to have an exam time conflict. Students who wish to have an exam time conflict must render an online petition to the School Administration Office via https://registrar.au.edu (Petition > Petition Online) within one (1) month after the new semester already has started.
