About the program

The Faculty of Law’s vision is to fulfill the need for business and international law graduates, accelerating the economic progress in a just and progressive society, and enhancing morality beyond legal education in order to conform to legal profession and vision of the university. In line with the AU Vision, Missions and Goals, the Master of Law Program in Business Law will produce independent graduates who can rationally analyze and criticize issues and who are able to communicate their ideas in professional community and deal with the rapid political, economic, social and cultural changes that affect business legal environment.

The program aims:
    1. To produce specialist in an international business law in order to support economic expansion and respond for the need of society in both public and private sectors.
    2. To produce competent lawyers for a business sector especially international trade to support investment from overseas countries.
    3. To produce specialized lawyers in both domestic and international law fundamental including regulations from various International trade organizations and groups.
    4. To produce graduate who has ability in analyzing and solving problems by using legal theory. Being competent to analyze problem and obstacle in order to give consult and seek for an appropriate solution for the client efficiently.
    5. To produce graduates who are morally sound, committeed to acting justly, having legal ethic, and respect rights and freedom of the others in business sector and international trade properly.
    6. To provide competent graduates, and up to date training in the varied fields of International Business Law to the legal community of the nation’s capital.
