 Associate Professor Pornchai Soonthornpan
is the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assumption University.  He had been the Vice-President of Ramkhamhaeng University for many years.  He received his LL.B from Thammasat University, M.C.L. from Southern Methodist University and Certificate in International and Comparative Law, South Western Legal Foundation, USA.

is the Associate Dean of AU Law School.  He is also the Chairman of Business Law Department of AU-LL.M. Program.  He received the LL.B. from Thammasat University and M.S. from Fresno City College, USA.
